A tree planting ceremony was held in the Scout Hall at Greytown. By selling fruit the company of the five guides purchased three tress and shrubs which they planted as part of a competition. |

Guides will gain understanding of "Green Heritage". The girl giude Clarendon Trophy competition is to be completed for by Guide companies in Natal, the purpose of this is for every guide to gain understanding and knowledge of Green Heritage. |
