History maker: For the first time in Zululand history, a local Guide has been chosen to be a South African representative at an international Guide camp in Austria. The camp from mid-july untill mid-August, will be attended by more than 500 delegates. |

Thinking Day: A total of 270 multiracial Guides and Brownies attended a "Thinking Day" celebration last Saturday at the moth hall, Emapngeni. The programme included an impressive colour march-in, a mass ceremony, and games and entertainment. |

Over 20 care bears were made by the 1st Empangeni Brownies pack in just over 2 months . In an act to help alleviate the underprivilege by also providing tinned foods that will also be distributed to the Empaangeni Child and Welfare society . its all about giving a hand . |
