Twenty-two Brownies, smartly dressed in their new uniforms, were enrolled at a ceremony in the Methodist Hall in Richards Bay on Friday evening. here they appear with their officer, Mrs Sue Duckles ( a brown owl), and Mrs Rosemary MacLarty(right), Divisional Commissioner of the girl guides movement in the Zululand area. Mrs Duckles told the Zululand Observer that she had re-established a brownie pack which was previously under the guidance of a Canadian woman, Mrs Cathy Prest. After Mrs Prest's return to Canada in 1982 the pack had become inactive.
