Madela starts to forge a spear for the ceremonial killing of goats from rod iron (reinforcing steel). He works on an iron anvil (part of a rail from the railways). (Cf. "Handwerke", plate 1 bottom, and pp.94,95.)

Laduma presents the book "Medizinen des Blitzzauberers Laduma Madela"

Madela presents the book " Medizinen des Blitzzauberers Laduma Madela" which had been plublished in 1984. The shorter necklace is from the black fruits of the wild chestnut tree and vertebrae of the python. The longer necklace is from the vertebrae of another snake.

Laduma shows the way of smoking

Laduma demonstrates the dacha horn which he had made from an ox horn with an inserted cane and wooden head. The red shirt is a gift from Prof. Horst Uhlig from Kiel University who made films with Madela in 1967.
