South Africa Advisory Committee Report, 10 February report to Secretary of State, President Reagan as he had signed Executive order No12532, which dealt with United States policy toward South Africa, one of the provisions of the Executive order directed the Secretary of State to establish an advisory committee on South Africa, this commitee was charged to examine and recommend to the Secretary of State.
