Sea view Congregational church. Built in 1890, and now used as a church hall. The original was a wood and iron construction on the south side of Jacob's ladder.

Clare Estate Cemetery where the Garbutt, Sparks, Mallinson and many other pioneers of early Clare Estate and Sydenham families are buried. The cemetery is over one hendred years old. Vandalism has taken place and many labelled grave stones have been broken down.
