THE PRESIDENTS ADDRESS RELATING TO HIS ATTENDANCE AT UNO AT NEW YORK
The first nine stencils of the proceedings at the Conference held at Durban on the 24th January 1947, containing the Presidents address on his attendance at the UNO conferences in New York are appended hereto.  It had been thought that the meeting noV! fixed for the 12th instant would be taking place during the last week in February,by -which time the complete record of the minutes of Conference would have been circularized.
