It has been wonderful to hear from so many of you during this holiday season, which is the up side to being late with our own Christmas greetings! We do miss being with you, so even though we're tardy, and you will receive this letter in 1997, please know that you're thought of and loved--all year round. We'll each give our own account of our stewardship of this past year, but we all thank God for good health, protection during many travels, safety through the eye ofHurricane Fran in September, and a worldwide network of dear friends and family.
