Natal Municipal Association - Indian Franchise to be Discussed.

The President of the Natal Municipal Association has summoned a special meeting of the Association to be held on Wednesday morning next in Maritzburg to discuss the question of Indian franchise in al its aspects. The administration, Mr D. E. Mitchell has consented to confer with the delegates who will represent all parts of Natal.
