I have been waiting to be to1d whether Sha was awarded the certificate/Diploma/degree for the work he did on release from hospital. Did he satisfy requirements or didn't he ? I am not sure why this is taking time. Can we put paid to this matter.

Today was the date Rev Michael Lapsley was to be operated in Sydney but Ruth Lundie tells me that it has been postponed for a week. Why I am not sure, but Ruth assures me it is nothing to be alarmed about.

Two bombs in Maseru and a Ministers home attacked is the news this evening .

On the 5/7/79, in Maseru,a parcel bomb dispatched by the racists; hurt 6 of us. The ANC sent me to Hungary for medical treatment. While such treatment beggared description, we lacked th language to appreciate fully our Hungarian experience.

I awoke early today knowing it was Friday and it was Sahdhan's (Sanna) birthday. Had he lived he would have been 36, and maybe made me a gift of a grandchild. Somewhere else I have written about his birth at McCord Hospital of beautiful nurses and a racist one.

Since 1961, April used to be a lovely month. It ushered in Sahdhan's (Sanna) birthday on Hungary's National Day (I am not sure whether this still obtains) on the 4th April" It was much laughter and fun. He was an extremely happy child.
