More than 50 Indian Girl Guides from four Durban from four Durban primary schools, H.S. done ST. Aidan's Surat Hindu and Phoenix, recently spent three days in Park Rynie camping at St. Mary's Convent, with a guide mistress from each of the schools.

Two Pietermaritzburg Girl Guides (left), Claire Roberts (15) and Shiela Frye (16), were last night presented with the movement's highest award, the founder's Badge, by the district Commissioner, Miss J. Mitchell. Both girls have been guides for about 5years.
