Abdelwahab Hammoudi is an Algerian writer, screenwriter and filmmaker; who's made around a dozen films to his credit and he writes directly in english. He sees the usual benefits for an enthusiast attending a festival but he believes that the Kelibia Festival makes a less usual and very important contribution to encourage young, or at least less experienced film directors, and it would be good to see such people from south of the Sahara taking part in the event.
