In this programme we have two political poets. They could be described as political poets but they could scarcely be more different. Poemd by one of them are to be found in just about every anthology of Pan-African poetry. He's the South African writer and political activist, Dennis Brutus. There is also Okyeame Kwesi Akuffo , who lives in Ghana. He is much less well-known and has been composing poetry for quite a few years.
