Description: The photograph depicts a crowd of people gathered around the old Durban Town Hall (now the Durban Post Office), to welcome a visit by unnamed members of the British Royal Family, possibly the Duke and Duchess of Connaught in 1910.  There is a Union Jack flag on the Town Hall, and a banner over the hall entrance, "Welcome to our royal guests".  The new Durban City Hall was built around 1910.
