In Laduma's kraal; from the goat killed in Bhidli's kraal, Mbhekeni and Bhidli brought the skin to Madela's kraal where they made an "ingubo yamadlozi" from it (they covering on the ancestor spirit), also called iminqwamba. It is the ceremonial cover of the chest of an isangoma.(Cf. |

In Laduma's kraal: Mbhekeni blows a trumpet which Laduma had made from an ox horn. His chain on the chest is made from glass beads and medicines, e.g. from roots and barks, and some in small glass containers. The long horn attached to a beaded necklace contains medicines. |

On the occasion of the wedding of his friend Mxoveni Khumalo, Mbhekeni Mbhekeni Mhlongo impresses the guests with a skin of a mamba snake he wears on his back. Thus he demonstrates that he is an inyanga (medicine man). In his armlet he wears an ostrich feather. |
