The Indian Memorandum submitted to the Secretary General of the United Nations an the disabilities of Indians in South Africa purports to set out objectively the successive enactments passed by the South , African Parliaments which have, it is alleged, discriminated adversely against the indentured and other Indians from the time of their arrival in Natal to the present day.
