This programme is about three women who are in different stages in their careers. One woman an internationally famous potter and the other two just embarking on careers as musicians. Magdalene Odundo a Kenyan-born British studio potter, who lives in Farnham, Surrey. Her work is in the collections of notable museums including the Art Institute of Chicago, The British Museum, The Metropolitan Museum of Art, and the National Museum of African Art.
Amy Appiah and Dzifa Glikpoe are flute players from Ghana. They both started to learn playing at the same time.
