Ben Okri, a Nigerian-born British poet and novelist, is bringing a special edition of 'Arts and Africa' from the Commonwealth Arts Festival in Edinburg. It has been the third event of its kind, and was planned as one of the greatest gatherings of talent from 49 countries. It was to see a coming together of the best talents from English Speaking Africa, but as it turned out only a fraction of participants took part.
