FIRST BANNED IN LATE 1962 - WAS CHARGED FOR BREAKING THE BANNING ORDER BUT A REGIONAL MAGISTRATE INVALIDATED THE ORDER ON THE GROUND THAT NAME, ADDRESS AND PLACE OF BIRTH WERE WRONGLY CITED IN THE ORDER. THE SB TOOK THE ORIGINAL ORDER.
