Apron worn by girls and married women of Southern Natal around Durban

Apron with beaded cloth edge and single beads along sides. Possibly Southern Natal or Natal around Durban areas, c1900. Such cloths were worn by both girls and married women either as breast cover or as a cape/ shoulder cover (for reference see Marriannhill Mission photographs).
